Three doors

Origin

The whiplash after the
festival is real.

You spend a weekend inside a place where strangers became collaborators, where the cipher kept going, where the work felt easy because everyone was holding the rope.

Then Monday comes and the rope is gone. This portal is the attempt to keep the thread alive between gatherings — not as a feed to scroll, but as a doorway to walk back through.

Less grid. More canopy.

Six things growing at once. Open one to see what it is — close it again when you've seen enough.

A shared pool — built from sponsors, recurring patrons, and aligned investors — that supports artists in the collective with grants, equipment, travel, and creative emergencies. Legal structure is being decided; nothing here represents finalized nonprofit status.

A multi-day gathering centered on a continuous cipher, with surrounding stages, fire circles, screening rooms, and quiet corners. Designed to be filmed from the inside out, not the outside in.

Embroidered patches, stickers, and apparel with embedded QR codes and (optionally) NFC chips. Each one routes to an artist's profile, a project, or a live stream. Merch becomes a directory you can wear.

A vehicle that doubles as a stage, a recording booth, a livestream control room, and a portable green room. Drives to the festival. Drives to the cipher. Drives to wherever the next moment is.

A recurring show — filmed at the playhouse — where creators pitch ideas to a panel of aligned funders. Less spectacle than the original. More slow conversation, real terms, and follow-up.
